<p>Natural Finger Millet, natural Ginger and Tamarind extract. Excellent source of iron, protein, calcium, dietary fibre, vitamins and essential minerals</p>
<p><strong>Recipe Suggestion:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black;">Recipe Suggestion: The Ultra Porridge with Honey .Serving 2</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black;">Ingredients:4 heaped tablespoons 120g and 2 tablespoon of clear honey.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black;">Method:  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black;">(1)- Mix the flour with 250mls of cold water in a 2 litre pan to make a smooth paste. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black;">(2)- Place the pan on a moderate heat. Add 1 litter of boiling water gradually, stir quickly and continuously until the paste turns chocolate brown and begins to boil. Add more hot water to desired thickness.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black;">(3)- Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the honey. Simmer for another 3 minutes. The porridge is ready to serve. Allow the porridge to cool for 2-3 minutes before eating.</span></p>
<p><strong>Allergy warning: Tamarind contains natural laxatives and not recommended for someone having diarrhoea or loose stool. This product is processed and packed in the factory that also handles: Peanuts, Sesame and soya beans.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Method</strong>: Add 400g of flour to 1.5 pint of boiling water, and let it continue to boil for 3 -5 minutes. Then stir gently with a wooden ladle. Add more flour to the desired thickness and knead until the flour disappears.  The meal is ready</p>

<p>Natural Sorghum with Honey and Lemon</p>

<p>(2) &#8211; Place the pan on a moderate heat. Add 3/4 litter of boiling water gradually, stir quickly and continuously until the paste turns chocolate brown and begins to boil. Add more hot water to desired thickness.</p>
<p>(3) &#8211; Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the honey and Lemon juice. Simmer for another 3 minutes. The porridge is to serve. Allow the porridge to cool for 2-3 minutes before eating.</p>
<p>Alternatively use Ginger, sugar, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamoms and Cloves as spices in your porridge.</p>
