Supreme Millet-Ginger Porridge with Honey
Method
(1) - Mix the flour with 250mls of cold water in a 2 litre pan to make a smooth paste.
(2) - Place the pan on moderate heat. Add 1 litter of boiling water gradually, stir quickly and continuously until the paste turns chocolate brown and begins to boil. Add more hot water to desired thickness.
(3) - Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the honey. Simmer for another 3 minutes. The porridge is ready to serve. Allow the porridge to cool for 2-3 minutes before eating.
