Recipe Suggestion

Method: Add 400g of flour to 1.5 pints of boiling water, and let it continue to boil for 3 -5 minutes. Then stir gently with a wooden ladle. Add more flour to the desired thickness and knead until the flour disappears.  The meal is ready.

Serving:  Serve with any curry or stew or vegetable
