Grown on the rich and fertile Ugandan soil without the use of fertilizers or chemicals.  This product is from Finger Millet. It is gluten-free and a good source protein, fibre and essential minerals.The combination of Millet, Sorghum, and Cassava is an old tradition for a nutritious meal. No Additives, fertilizers, and chemicals used to grow the crops. Rich in protein, fibre, essential minerals, amino acids, and vitamins.Exotic with intense aroma from the Art of the Cure we carefully source our vanilla from farmers who treat vanilla like a fine wine through maturity and patience. This Vanilla is carefully crafted.  Vanilla is harvested only when the beans shows a "pale yellow" tip, indicating maximum vanillin content. Then traditionally cured by killing- brief immersion in hot water (63°C) to stop vegetative growth; Sweating-rapping the warm beans in clean wool blankets inside wooden crates for 48 hours. Slow sun drying: lay the beans on wooden racks for 2-3 hours a day from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm .   Sustainability: We do Farming with Nature, Not Against It In Uganda, vanilla is raised in a healthy farming ecosystem. Recipe Suggestion

Natural Millet with Honey and Lemon  Ingredients: 5 heaped tablespoons (120 g), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of clear honey. Method: (1)- Mix the flour with 350mls of cold water in a 2 litter pan to make a smooth paste. (2)- Place the pan on a moderate heat. Add 3/4 litter of boiling water gradually, stir quickly and continuously until the paste turns chocolate brown and begins to boil. Add more hot water to desired thickness. (3)- Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the honey and Lemon juice. Simmer for another 3 minutes. The porridge is to serve. Serving: Allow the porridge to cool for 2-3 minutes before eating. More Flavour: you can add Ginger, sugar, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamoms and Cloves as spices in your porridge.

Recipe Suggestion

Method: Add 400g of flour to 1.5 pint of boiling water, and let it continue to boil for 3 -5 minutes. Then stir gently with a wooden ladle.
