Black Eye Beans leaves with Tahini. Boil the Tahini sauce with vegetable seasoning, salt and Chilli until for about 1 hour on medium heat. Add the pre-soaked Black Eye Beans leaves and cook for about 30 minutes. Serve in Pasta Shell as starter, as filling for pies or with cornmeal, sweet potatoes as a make dish.

Natural Millet with Honey and Lemon
Ingredients: 5 heaped tablespoons (120 g), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of clear honey.
Method:
(1)- Mix the flour with 350mls of cold water in a 2 litter pan to make a smooth paste.
(2)- Place the pan on a moderate heat. Add 3/4 litter of boiling water gradually, stir quickly and continuously until the paste turns chocolate brown and begins to boil. Add more hot water to desired thickness.
(3)- Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the honey and Lemon juice. Simmer for another 3 minutes. The porridge is to serve.
Serving: Allow the porridge to cool for 2-3 minutes before eating.
More Flavour: you can add Ginger, sugar, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamoms and Cloves as spices in your porridge.
