Black Eye Beans leaves with Tahini. Boil the Tahini sauce with vegetable seasoning, salt and Chilli until for about 1 hour on medium heat. Serving for 2
25 grams dry Steamed African a pinch of salt; 1 table spoon of olive oil,1 litres water.
Method: Soak the dried vegetable in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Lift the vegetable and place in a steamer pan. Steam until tender. sprinkle salt, and place in a serving dish. Add the olive oil and turn. Serve alongside any meaty and fish dishes. |
