Recipe Suggestion

Black Eye Beans leaves with Tahini.  Boil the Tahini sauce with vegetable seasoning, salt and Chilli until for about 1 hour on medium heat. Add the pre-soaked Black Eye Beans leaves and cook for about 30 minutes. Serve in Pasta Shell as starter, as filling for pies or with cornmeal, sweet potatoes as a make dish. Makes a great side dish to your other dishes.
