Natural Sorghum with Honey and Lemon
Serving 2 : Ingredients: 4 heaped tablespoons (120 g), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoon of clear honey.
Method:
(1) - Mix the flour with 350mls of cold water in a 2 litter pan to make a smooth paste.
(2) - Place the pan on a moderate heat. Add 3/4 litter of boiling water gradually, stir quickly and continuously until the paste turns chocolate brown and begins to boil. Add more hot water to desired thickness.
(3) - Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the honey and Lemon juice. Simmer for another 3 minutes. The porridge is to serve. Allow the porridge to cool for 2-3 minutes before eating.
Alternatively use Ginger, sugar, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamoms and Cloves as spices in your porridge.

25 grams dry Steamed African a pinch of salt; 1 table spoon of olive oil,1 litres water.
Method: Soak the dried vegetable in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Lift the vegetable and place in a steamer pan. Steam until tender. sprinkle salt, and place in a serving dish. Add the olive oil and turn. Serve alongside any meaty and fish dishes. | Recipe Suggestion
Method: Add 400g of flour to 1.5 pint of boiling water, and let it continue to boil for 3 -5 minutes. Then stir gently with a wooden ladle. Add more flour to the desired thickness and knead until the flour disappears. The meal is ready
