This coffee is grown in the shades of a wide variety of indigenous and exotic trees that provide a safe and natural haven for wild life to venture out of the park. Thus providing a delicate ecological balance with the coffee plantation.

Method: Soak the dried vegetable in  cold water for  10-15 minutes. Lift the vegetable and place in a steamer pan. Steam until tender. sprinkle salt, and place in a serving dish. Recipe Suggestion

Black Eye Beans leaves with Tahini.  Boil the Tahini sauce with vegetable seasoning, salt and Chilli until for about 1 hour on medium heat. Add the pre-soaked Black Eye Beans leaves and cook for about 30 minutes. Serve in Pasta Shell as starter, as filling for pies or with cornmeal, sweet potatoes as a make dish. Makes a great side dish to your other dishes.
